SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1.Free Shipping & Processing

We are pleased to offer Free Standard International Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 5 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Delivery Commitment

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 21 to 31 business days after the order has been processed. This delivery window is an estimate and may be extended by external factors, including customs processing or local postal service delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

3. Pricing

We currently offer one shipping method only: Free Standard International Shipping. There are no extra shipping charges for this service. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for the tracking number to become fully active and display updated information.

5. Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions: the product must be unopened, unused, in its original, sealed packaging, and requested within 60 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

6. Important Notes

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any redelivery costs. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
